Isnt there a way that, when you download a song, lets say from limewire, that you can get Itunes to automatically find that file and put it in your library?

Acquisition and Xfactor have a preference setting to do exactly that. Not sure about Limewire.

Limewire menu -> Preferences -> iTunes-> Importing -> Enable iTunes Importing
